RIE 3021

Dry Film Lubricant

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

RIE 3021 prevents galling, seizing, and fretting.  The coating remains stable in many extreme environments such as vacuum and radiation. RIE 3021 lubricates effectively even after long periods on non-use and will not attract and hold dust or dirt.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

            *  Increase life of metal cutting tools.

            *  Railroad brake pins and levers, trip pivots, eccentric bolts.

            *  Splines, threaded connections and disconnects.

            *  Provide lubrication over a wide temperature range up to 1200 F in absence of air.

*  Lubrication to instruments operating in unusual environments such as vacuum, radiation or in extreme low or high temperatures.

*  Prevent sticking, seizing and binding of aluminum to aluminum or aluminum to steel.
