 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

RIE 1940 is a PTFE/molybdenum disulfide thermosetting water base epoxy coating that provides excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

                            *  Corrosion protection and lubrication for zinc plated fasteners.

                            *  Common applications include fasteners, clips, springs, stampings and sheet steel.

APPLICATION

RIE 1940 is applied using any standard liquid coating’s application technique.  Common techniques include dip/spin, coil coated and spray (conventional or electrostatic).
